Farm Market / Greenhouse Manager
Parrfection Produce is looking for a Farm Market / Greenhouse Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for
people wanting to support a local business working to expand markets for local producers while
increasing easy access of food and plant products to consumers.
Farm Market / Greenhouse Manager Job Responsibilities
● Provides exceptional customer service. Welcome, assist, and checkout customers at the
register.
● Stock products daily and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
● Oversee the greenhouse to plant, water, and care for plants.
● Work as a team/individually to organize and decorate benches, hillside, and driveway
seasonally.
● Oversee and schedule 1-3 part-time employees to assign tasks and ensure all daily objectives are met.
● Work with management to interview and select new farm market employees.
Hours & Pay
● 40-45 hours/week. Some flexibility in core hours. Working Saturdays are expected in Spring and Fall
● Salary is $18-24 hr
● All employees receive a 25% discount on products.
Qualifications
Required
● Experience with customer service.
● Experience with managing teams.
● Reliable and able to work independently.
● Ability to stand for long periods of time.
● Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Farm Manager
Parrfection Produce, LLC a diversified farm market and wholesale produce operation located outside of New Glarus, Wisconsin and currently seeking a Farm Manager.
Farm Manager
Make planting and harvesting decisions for approximately 10 acres.
Manage field team
Scouting and taking appropriate action for insects and disease.
Manage the farm budget.
Operate farm equipment.
Oversee greenhouse production of vegetable plants.
Keep all records related to GAP practices and organic certification.
Maintain quality facilities and inspect facilities for any safety violations.
Assist in field work.
Hours & Pay
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime in busy seasons.
$15-$30 dollars per hour based on experience
Qualifications
Required
At least 3 years of Organic farming experience.
Experience working on a farm, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience using Google Drive, Quickbooks, and Zoho preferred.
Knowledge of irrigation.
Knowledge of pest management in both fields and greenhouses.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Farm Stand Team Member
Parrfection Produce is looking for a Farm Stand Team Member for Saturdays. This is an excellent opportunity for people wanting to support a local business working to expand markets for local producers while increasing easy access of food and plant products to consumers.
Farm Stand Team Member Job Responsibilities
Provides exceptional customer service. Welcome, assist, and checkout customers at the register.
Stock products daily and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
Work in the greenhouse to plant, water, and care for plants.
Work as a team/individually to organize and decorate benches, hillside, and driveway seasonally.
Hours & Pay
Full days (7:45am-5:15pm) on Saturdays.
Salary is $12.50 - $17.50/hour.
All employees receive a 25% discount on products.

Required
Quality customer service.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
