Parrfection Produce is looking for a Bakery Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for people passionate about baking and looking to expand locally-based food markets.
Bakery Manager Job Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of bakery production. This includes:
Cleanliness:
Ensuring a clean, well-organized bakery space.
Creating safe bakery processes and procedures and labeling to ensure all Food Safety regulations are followed.
Quality Baking:
Comfortably produce consistent products in commercial quantities. This includes planning, testing, and product development and ensuring consistency of product quality.
Comfortably using commercial equipment such as a double-stacked convection oven, 40-quart mixer, etc.
Inventory Management:
Tracking, ordering, and managing ingredients and other bakery inventory.
Proper packaging and labeling.
Work with the Parrfection owner to establish key performance indicators and then track key performance indicators.
Understand how to determine the cost of goods sold.
Strong communication skills with Parrfection colleagues and customers.
Ability to oversee potential bakery staff.
Be willing and able to assist in other parts of the business when necessary.
Hours & Pay
Flexible scheduling (minimum 24 hours, up to 40 hours/week)
Salary is $17.50 - $20/hour.
All employees receive a 25% discount on products.
Required Qualifications
Possess updated SafeServ Certification.
Minimum 1-2 years operating in a commercial food setting.
Ability to work in a broad range of temperatures.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Farm Stand Team Member
Farm Stand Team Member Job Responsibilities
Provides exceptional customer service. Welcome, assist, and checkout customers at the register.
Stock products daily and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
Work in the greenhouse to plant, water, and care for plants.
Work as a team/individually to organize and decorate benches, hillside, and driveway seasonally.
Hours & Pay
Full days (7:45am-5:15pm) on Saturdays.
Salary is $12.50 - $17.50/hour.
All employees receive a 25% discount on products.
Qualifications
Required
Quality customer service.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be available to work most Saturdays
